T&C Loyalty cards
1. Eligibility: 1.1 The loyalty card is only valid for purchases of filled bagels at our shop in Porthleven.
1.2 Filled bagels must have a minimum value of at least the cheapest menu item. Items such as buttered bagels
and unfilled bagels are not part of the loyalty card.
2. Presentation: Loyalty card must be presented at the time of purchase and cannot be stamped at a later point.
3. Transferability: Loyalty card points from different cards cannot be transferred.
4. Rewards: 4.1 Upon the purchase of the 6th bagel, you receive a 10% discount for that bagel only, not for the
entire order. 4.2 Upon the purchase of the 12th bagel, the bagel is free of charge. However, the loyalty card
must be handed over to staff and cannot be retained by the cardholder.
5. Redemption: Accumulated points or rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Rewards can only be redeemed at our shop in Porthleven.
6. Expiry: The loyalty card is valid for 1 year after the first stamp (see use-by date).
7. Program Changes: The business reserves the right to modify or terminate the loyalty program at any
time without prior notice.
8. Abuse: Any abuse or fraudulent activity related to the loyalty program may result in the cancellation of the
card and forfeiture of accumulated points or rewards.
9. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
T&C Gift vouchers
1. Redemption: Voucher needs to be redeemed in one purchase.
2. Validity: Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issuance (marked on voucher).
Unused values will not be refunded or attributed to any transactions after the expiry date.
3. Redemption Location: Gift vouchers can be redeemed against all products only at Ced's Bagels shop
in Porthleven.
4. Cash Value and Refunds: Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund, have their balances
consolidated to a new voucher, or be replaced after expiry. They are not legal tender, account cards, credit
or debit cards, or securities.
5. Payment of Balance: If your purchase exceeds the value of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by card.
6. Loss or Theft: Gift vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
7. Cancellation: Ced's Bagels reserves the right to cancel a gift voucher if deemed necessary. In such cases,
we may provide a replacement gift voucher of equivalent value unless fraud is suspected in relation to a
gift voucher. The gift voucher remains the property of Ced's Bagels.
8. Changes to Terms: Ced's Bagels can vary or replace these conditions from time to time.
T&C Wholesale
1. Introduction
Welcome to Ced’s Bagels. These Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the wholesale purchases from our bakery. By placing a wholesale order, you agree to comply with these T&Cs.
2. Ordering and Delivery
2.1 Placing Orders: Orders can be placed via email or through Instagram messages. Orders should be placed at least 72 hours in advance. If is on shorter notice, we will always try and still accommodate you as good as possible.
2.2 Order Confirmation: Upon receiving your order, we will send a confirmation email with the order details.
2.3 Delivery/ Collection: We dispatch orders using next-day delivery services or
on collection basis.
2.4 Delivery Delays: While we strive to ensure next-day delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service. In the event of a delay of 24 hours, we will not offer refunds or compensation. If it is delayed more than 24 hours, please get in touch and we will find a solution.
2.5 Delivery Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address. Any changes to the delivery address must be communicated at 72 hours before the dispatch time.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 Pricing: All prices are listed in GBP and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Invoices: Invoices are sent via email upon dispatch of your order. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
3.3 Payment Methods: We accept payment via only via bank transfer. Details for payment will be provided on the invoice.
3.4 Late Payments: Late payments may result in delayed deliveries of future orders or suspension of your wholesale account until payment is received or wholesale account being blocked for the future.
4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
4.2 Refunds: We do not offer refunds for delays caused by the delivery service. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will address the problem on a case-by-case basis.
5. Changes to Orders
5.1 Modifications: Any changes to your order (e.g., product types, quantities, delivery address) must be communicated to us at least 72 hours before the dispatch time.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
6.1 Amendments: We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
6.2 Notification of Changes: It is your responsibility to review the T&Cs regularly. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new T&Cs.
7. Customer Information
7.1 Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information, including contact details and delivery addresses.
7.2 Communication: We will communicate important information (e.g., order confirmations, invoices, changes to T&Cs) via email. Please ensure you provide a valid email address and check it regularly.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ced’s Bagels Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
8.2 Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, delivery service disruptions).
9. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these T&Cs shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
